14 July, 2001 - Aero-Nautique, LLC signs agreement to acquire its first plane: N1976T
18 August, 2001 - Aero-Nautique, LLC took possesion of N1976T
21 December 2001 - N1976T has 1st phase of avionics upgrades
     UPSAT SL30, Garmin Gi106A, PS Engineering PMA7000MS with Digital Recorder and
     dual stereo inputs, J.P. Instruments EDM-700 with Fuel-Flow and OAT.
02 February 2002 - Added Davtron M800 Digital clock
15 January 2004 - Complete engine overhaul including Sky-tec lightweight starter and new
     Sensenich propellor
25 May 2005 - All new baffles
11 May 2006 - Plane-Power lightweight starter
